FAQ's

The 360-Glow whitening treatment is highly effective for individuals whose teeth have been stained by results of daily life, but especially by smoking or drinks such as coffee, tea, or colas.

We discourage pregnant women, children under 14, and customers with periodontal disease from undergoing this procedure. For children under 18, parental consent and a signature on the consent form are required.

To maximize the effectiveness of the treatment, we recommend avoiding consuming stain-causing foods or beverages for at least 24 hours. If it’s necessary to drink these beverages during this time, using a straw can help minimize contact with your teeth.

Our tests have shown that even a quick 15-minute treatment can work wonders for your teeth, making them 2-4 shades lighter on the teeth shade scale. You’ll likely notice a visible enhancement in their whiteness. If you opt for multiple sessions, you can achieve an incredible improvement of up to 14 shades.

The actual degree of improvement may differ based on your teeth’s initial level of discoloration, but, you’ll be amazed by the noticeably whiter and brighter teeth you’ll have. If you have any questions about taking care of your teeth afterward, please see our Teeth-Whitening Aftercare FAQs here.

Yes, extensive scientific studies have demonstrated that using peroxide to whiten teeth is highly effective and safe. Many dentists consider this process to be the safest cosmetic dental procedure available.

Teeth whitening processes that use peroxide-based gels, including the ones we use, have been used on millions of people for more than 20  years without causing any damage to the enamel or the structure of the teeth. We prioritize the use of a neutral pH, peroxide-based system, which is supported by a significant amount of clinical data.

Each treatment session cycle typically lasts between 15-20 minutes. Depending on the desired level of whitening, it may require two or more cycles to achieve the full effect. It’s a simple and efficient process.

The duration of the whitening effects varies and depends on factors such as diet, genetics, and the porousness of teeth. Generally, the effects should last between 6-12 months, or even longer. Please note that your teeth shade may gradually or quickly re-stain based on your diet and individual circumstances.

To maintain the brightest and whitest smile possible, we recommend follow-up treatments every 3-6 months. Additionally, for those seeking maximum results, we suggest a 15-minute monthly treatment session after the initial treatment.

Most of our customers experience no pain or sensitivity to their teeth or gums after the treatment. However, a small percentage may encounter minor sensitivity for approximately ten to twelve hours following the procedure. If you experience any tooth sensitivity, it is advisable to avoid consuming cold or hot drinks during the first 24 hours. Using toothpaste specifically designed for sensitive teeth and gums can often alleviate any minor sensitivity issues immediately.

No. Research consistently shows that bleaching with peroxide-based gels does not harm tooth enamel and will not cause nerve damage.

This type of bleaching has been performed for over twenty years, even with stronger whitening gels than the ones we use, without causing any enamel damage.

No, our facility is not a dental office. It is a cosmetic teeth-whitening lounge that resembles a spa or lounge environment, creating a relaxing and calming atmosphere for our clients.

We accept all types of cards and all major brands, even contactless! (Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc).

Our whitening treatment does not alter the color of porcelain crowns or veneers. It exclusively works on natural teeth. However, it may clean off crowns and veneers, making them appear whiter.

During the initial minutes of the procedure, you may experience a slight tingling, bubbling, or effervescence sensation against your teeth. This is normal and indicates that the gel is generating oxygen, which facilitates the bleaching process.

A trained, certified, and authorized 360 Glow technician will be there to assist you throughout the whitening process. Please note that we are not dentists or dental personnel. Our role is to guide you through the procedure, and we do not perform invasive actions. We always recommend that our customers maintain regular visits to their dentist, and if they have not done so, we advise against whitening their teeth until they have received dental check-ups.

Some people may encounter minor sensitivity for approximately ten to twelve hours following the procedure. If you experience any tooth sensitivity, it is advisable to avoid consuming cold or hot drinks during the first 24 hours after your visit. Using toothpaste specifically designed for sensitive teeth, like Sensodyne or Natean, can often alleviate any minor sensitivity issues immediately.

Four hours is a good rule of thumb. This is so the hydrogen peroxide that was used during the procedure has time to fully penetrate and whiten your teeth.

Unless you have sensitive teeth or are experiencing sensitivity post-procedure, we recommend that you use a toothpaste that iis specifically designed for whitening, as these have special ingredients that can help maintain your newly whitened teeth. Avoid colored toothpastes, such as red or blue, as these may stain your teeth.

The spots you are seeing were actually there before your teeth were whitened. They just weren’t as noticeable. Long story short, give it anywhere from a few hours to a few days and those spots will fade. Here’s the full explanation though:

Those spots are areas of hypo-calcified enamel. It is normal that certain areas of a tooth that are decalcified will respond and whiten more rapidly than the surrounding tooth structure. The rest of the tooth eventually catches up with the spots and will become more uniform in color as one continues to bleach. Since the tooth is dehydrated immediately after the procedure, the white spots are even more prominent.  As the tooth rehydrates over the next few days, the white spots will neutralize.

The remineralization gel contains calcium phosphate and can help improve the white spots. If you have the minerals pen, you should use it daily for a few days to help the white spots fade too.

This issue is not uncommon and it’s due to the natural morphology of your teeth.  Teeth usually feature a seamless whitening transition zone from whiter near the biting surface of the tooth, to less white near the gum line. It’s perfectly natural to have teeth that aren’t one, flat color.
